More than 200 dairy products including butter, ghee, yogurt and paneer are made from leftover milk. These products are being sold not only in the bridges, but also in shopping malls and grocery stores. Machineries are installed in various districts to manufacture milk powder, ice cream, biscuits, flavored milk etc. of Aavin Company.
Necessary officials and officers have been appointed to operate these machines and look after the accounts. However, there has been a shortage of cow milk in recent times. Due to this, the production of dairy products has decreased drastically. Most of the products are not supplied to Aain Palakas.

Due to this, the operators of the bridges are unable to respond to the consumers. Aavin is gearing up to sell Rs 200 crore worth of sweet and savory products on the eve of Diwali. At such a time, the demand for butter and ghee will increase significantly. Therefore, it has been reported that the company has reduced the production of by-products in order to keep them in stock.
Similarly, production of various ice creams has also been suspended. Officials are not focused on procuring ‘Essence’ to prepare these. Due to this, the company is facing increasing losses.
