Surprisingly, she was found in the same place where Tilly had disappeared. A person who saw Tilly wandering around informed the SSPCA after noticing that the cat needed help. Tilly has some health issues. Tilly has a lump in his bladder. The cat is currently on palliative care at the Pentland Veterinary Clinic where Kim works.

Kim hopes that Tilly will be able to live with her two older cats at home during her last days. Wet Nurse said she had not heard of the return of the missing pet after such a long separation. The reason Kim got her cat back was because the microchip information was updated accurately. Kim suggests that everyone who has lost a pet should do exactly this.

An incident in which the voice of a cat that had been missing for months was recognized over the phone and the cat was recovered recently made headlines on social media. The owner recognized his own pet cat by hearing the cat ‘meow’.
