Tilly has some health issues. Tilly has a lump in his bladder. The cat is currently on palliative care at the Pentland Veterinary Clinic where Kim works.

Kim hopes that Tilly will be able to live with her two older cats at home during her last days. Wet Nurse said she had not heard of the return of the missing pet after such a long separation.
