Lovable Hits $600 Million ARR as Fortune 500 Adoption Surges

The AI-powered platform Lovable has reached an annual run-rate revenue of $600 million, co-founder Fabian Hedin announced at the HumanX summit in Amsterdam. The startup, which uses generative AI to build production-ready software through natural language, has seen its revenue climb from $500 million in June, signaling rapid adoption among enterprise clients.

Fortune 500 Companies Adopt Lovable for Digital Tools

Lovable’s growth is increasingly driven by its deep penetration of global corporate infrastructure. According to Fabian Hedin, personnel at two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies now rely on the platform to build digital tools. The company’s roster of enterprise clients includes major organizations such as Microsoft, Nvidia, and Deutsche Telekom, turning what once functioned as a developer toy into a mainstream operational dependency.

By bypassing traditional IT procurement cycles, business units are using the platform to deploy software in hours rather than months, effectively dismantling the traditional unit-economics of legacy outsourcing. This shift highlights how non-technical business units are quietly circumventing traditional IT bottlenecks.

Infrastructure-First Software Development

The platform manages the hosting, deployment, and scaling of the apps it generates, a distinction that Hedin emphasizes as central to the company’s business model. This capability shifts the bottleneck for digital product creation from engineering capacity to iteration speed and imagination.

You can use these tools [like Codex or Claude code] to output code. The difference is that Lovable does not output code. The output is a product, and increasingly so, a business. We do a lot of things around hosting, deployment, and scaling apps. We have close to a billion visits per month to the apps that we’ve created, which is an order of magnitude more than Lovable itself.

The scale of this output is significant. Apps built on the platform now attract nearly one billion monthly views collectively.

Private Equity Markets Provide over $700 Million in Funding

Investor confidence in the platform’s utility has led to rapid funding rounds.

The more than $700 million raised in two rounds in less than a year shows that private equity markets are aggressively fueling this commercial surge. It demonstrates a search for real software utility amidst the noise of the AI sector.
