The Brazilian legend Rivaldo came out the other day to support Argentina and Lionel Messi

Doha: FIFA Former Brazil goalkeeper Julio Cesar wants France to support Brazil in the World Cup finals. I love Lionel Messi. But like every Brazilian, the enmity with Argentina will be in mind. Had Brazil played in the final, the support of the Argentinians would have been with the opposing team. Cesar asked, “Wouldn’t it be better not to show hypocrisy?” Cesar played for Brazil for 10 years from 2004 and was a member of three World Cup squads. In 2014, Cesar’s career was marred by a 7-goal defeat against Germi in the World Cup semi-finals.
But the Brazilian legend Rivaldo came out the other day by declaring his support for Argentina and Lionel Messi. Rivaldo’s response is in an Instagram post. Brazil and Neymar Jr are no longer in the World Cup. So Rivaldo’s words were that he is with Argentina. There are no words to describe Lionel Messi. Messi deserves the world title. God knows everything. Rivaldo also said that Messi will be crowned on Sunday. Rivaldo scored in five of the seven games played in the 2002 World Cup in which Brazil won the title.
The Argentina-France final is on Sunday at Lusail Stadium in Qatar. This is a match where PSG teammates Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi will face each other. Messi and Mbappe are rushing with five goals each in Qatar. Messi has three assists to Mbappe’s two. With four goals each, Argentina’s Julian Alvarez and France’s Olivier Giroud are in contention for the Golden Boot along with Messi and Mbappe. Brazil had already returned from the World Cup.
