The heat wave finally goes away and the temperatures go down. A bit of welcome freshness for tourists who have chosen a tent or a motorhome.
20°C on the thermometer, the mercury is formal, in this campsite in Tarascon-sur-Ariège (Ariège), temperatures have dropped by 15°C in 24 hours. The air is more breathable and the weather is ideal for a drink on the terrace, before leaving to pick. While the temperatures have come close to 40°C in recent days, summer visitors appreciate this return to a more bearable climate. “It’s true that today, we breathe. We slept a little better last night. It’s less hot, to prepare the suitcases, it’s not a problem”testifies a vacationer.
