How to collect the draw for ISSSTE Loans?
You should know that to collect the ISSSTE 2023 lottery loan, you must make an appointment to go to the office of the Institute closest to you; Prior to this, you must enter the ISSSTE Virtual Office, registering with your username and password and perform the following steps:
- Choose the “services” option on the ISSTE Virtual Office page.
- Choose the option “give here your loan”.
- Enter username and personal password.
- On the next screen your selection will appear for a personal loan
- Click on “enter here”.
- Choose place and position of the beneficiary, as if he is a pensioner or retired to validate data.
- Choose the “validate” option after confirming the beneficiary’s data.
- Confirm the place or places selected by the beneficiary.
- Choose pay box according to address.
- Confirm the loan calculation.
- Accept the credit conditions and the address where the credit process will be completed loan.
- Once the personal loan is accepted, the legend “Pre-authorized loan by lottery” will appear and the documentation and the pay box selected to complete the process are indicated.
- The beneficiary must go to the Administrative Office of the ISSSTE between 36 and 72 hours after completing this procedure.
- Go to the ISSSTE Virtual Office bringing: proof of address, last pay slip and copy of official personal identification.
