“Ludogorets” realizes a strong incoming transfer. The twelve-time champions attracted one of the best active Bulgarian footballers – Ivaylo Chochev from CSKA 1948. This was announced by the residents of Razgrad on their website.
“The two clubs have successfully finalized the negotiations on the deal, and the midfielder is now an Eagles player. He will be officially presented on Saturday (February 17) at 1:30 p.m. at the Huevefarma Arena stadium and will be available to coach Georgi Dermendzhiev for the matches in the efbet League and the Bulgarian Cup tournament.
“Ludogorets” has been interested in Ivaylo Chochev for a long time, but the transfer became a fact only now, as the financial part of the deal satisfies the club.
The 30-year-old midfielder has a remarkable calling card. At the club level, Chochev has 337 games, 86 goals and 26 assists with the teams of “Chavdar” (Etropole), CSKA, the Italian “Palermo” and “Pescara” and CSKA 1948. For the national team, he played 42 games and scored 4 goals.
