President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva criticized the war in Ukraine and the impact of the conflict on the least developed countries, in a speech delivered at the opening plenary session of the 15th BRICS Summit, on Tuesday morning. In Johannesburg, Lula also once again defended the reform of multilateral organizations and questioned the rich countries in the negotiations on climate change.
