Celebrity Lula Lahfah’s Death: Forensic Analysis Reveals DNA on ‘Whip Pink’ Tubes, No Signs of Criminal Activity

A forensic investigation into the death of Indonesian celebrity Lula Lahfah has revealed her DNA on tubes of nitrous oxide, commonly known as “Whip Pink,” but authorities have concluded there is no evidence of criminal activity. The investigation, led by the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Center, focused on identifying the cause of death and determining if foul play was involved.

Forensic Findings Detail Presence of Nitrous Oxide and Multiple Pharmaceuticals

Initial findings from Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri Headquarters confirmed the presence of Lula Lahfah’s DNA on one of the Whip Pink tubes discovered at the scene. According to a senior official, “After we carried out the examination, we could conclude that it was true that there were blood spots on the sheets, on the used tissue or cotton wool there were blood spots and on one of the Whip Pink tubes a DNA profile appeared.” Further analysis established that bloodstains found throughout the apartment belonged to Lula Lahfah, identified as “Sister LL,” and confirmed she was the biological child of Muhammad Feroz.

A comprehensive toxicological examination of evidence collected from the apartment – including tissue samples, cotton swabs, and the aforementioned tubes – found no traces of alcohol, cyanide, arsenic, or pesticides. However, analysis of 16 items revealed the presence of glycerin and nicotine. A further examination of 44 tablets, categorized into eight groups based on appearance, identified a range of active ingredients including citalopram, diethylpropion, sulfurik, mepivacaine, ekanit, paromomycin, and clozapine.

Notably, the Whip Pink tube bearing Lula Lahfah’s DNA was found empty. A comparative test using a tube of the same brand and size revealed the presence of nitrous oxide (N2O). “For colored tubes pink when we checked, it was empty. But the investigators were given the same brand, the same production, we checked, for comparison, it contained nitro oxide,” a spokesperson for the lab explained.

Police Rule Out Foul Play in Celebrity’s Death

The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit for South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Iskandarsyah, stated definitively that the investigation has been closed with no indication of criminal activity. “It is enough that no criminal incident was found and we must terminate the investigation here regarding the discovery of Sister LL’s body,” he said.

Lula Lahfah was discovered deceased in her apartment on January 23, 2026, lying on her back on a bed covered with a white blanket, wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts. Police confirmed there were no visible signs of violence on her body. Authorities previously recovered medicine and outpatient documents from the 25th floor of Lula’s apartment on Jalan Dharmawangsa, North Cipete, Kebayoran Baru, on the evening of January 23, 2026, at 18:44 WIB.

The investigation highlights the complex interplay of substances found at the scene and ultimately concludes that Lula Lahfah’s death was not the result of a criminal act.
