Lulu Hypermarket opens in Oman

Muscat ∙ Lulu Group’s latest hypermarket opens in Oman. Lulu’s 28th Hypermarket in Oman has opened in Jalan Bani Buali in Al Sharqia Governorate. Sheikh Naif Hamood Al Mamri, Governor, Jalan Bani Bu Ali, inaugurated the event in the presence of Lulu Group Chairman MA Yousafali.

The new 130,000-square-foot hypermarket is located in the Al Sharqia Governorate in eastern Oman. Jalan Bani Buali is also a popular tourist destination in Oman.

Chairman MA Yousafali said he was pleased to be able to open a new hypermarket in Oman, Jalan Bani Buali. He said the new hypermarket was launched with the aim of providing an international standard shopping experience in all parts of the country. The Lulu Group has more than 3,000 Omanis. Lulu Group is one of the leading private sector employers in Oman. Yusufali added that with the opening of more hypermarkets, more locals will be able to find jobs.

The event also saw the release of a video song prepared by the Lulu Group on the occasion of Oman National Day. Lulu Oman Director A.V. Anand, Regional Director K.A. Shabeer and others attended the function.
