LVMH

The luxury group (including owner of Le Parisien) and its various brands announced on Thursday the payment of a bonus of between 1,000 and 1,500 euros to 27,000 employees whose gross annual salary is less than 60,000 euros. This amount is in addition to the 600 to 1,000 euros of exceptional bonus already paid in January 2022, specifies LVMH in a press release. In total, the company will pay “more than 400 million euros” to its employees, which is added to other “value sharing” devices.

Stellar

The automotive group resulting from the merger of PSA and Fiat-Chrysler announced on Tuesday an additional bonus of up to 1,400 euros for 60% of its French employees, including temporary workers, without increasing wages. All employees will also have the possibility of monetizing up to 3 days of RTT, i.e. 400 euros on average for a worker and 600 euros for a manager. The bonus, however, did not calm the anger at Stellantis, several factories having walked out the day after the announcement while the company has excellent financial results.

SNCF

The railway group has “raised salaries by almost 6% on average” since the start of the year, indicates management, with in particular an increase of 3.1% on average in fixed salaries in July, with retroactive effect from the 1st April, a bonus of 400 euros and an increase in the holiday allowance.

Bouygues

The company will pay a “value sharing bonus” of between 500 and 1,000 euros depending on the salary. “In addition to the annual salary review”, salaries increased in December 2021, March 2022 and September 2022 for an increase of more than 6% in remuneration over one year in France, all measures combined, says the group.

Carrefour

The management of the retail giant proposed at the end of last week a 2.5% increase in wages on November 1 in addition to the allocation of a bonus of 100 euros, also extending the discount until March 31. on purchase of 12% from which employees benefit. The majority union Force Ouvrière has announced a consultation of its members.

The postal service operator announced in September an additional 1.5% increase in wages, on top of the 2.5% increase in mandatory annual negotiations (NAO) or the revaluation of the index point for civil servant postal workers.

Macif

The insurer will pay 1,000 euros in October 2022 then 500 euros in January 2023 and announced a “general salary increase in 2023”, the terms of which remain to be negotiated.

Air France

The airline granted a 5% wage increase to all its employees in mid-September, along with a bonus of 1,000 euros for a full-time employee. The increase will be “paid in advance” of the NAO 2023, and gradually implemented in the coming months, the group said. Severely affected like the entire airline sector by Covid-19, the Air France-KLM group generated a profit for the first time since the start of the health crisis in the second quarter, thanks to a clear recovery in traffic. .

Groupama

The employees of Groupama Assurances Mutuelles and its main subsidiaries received in December 2021 the “Macron bonus” of a maximum of 1,000 euros before an additional bonus of between 400 and 850 euros, depending on the salary. Several regional mutuals have also announced similar bonuses for September 2022.

TotalEnergies

The energy giant’s employees benefited in 2022 from a salary increase of 3.5% on average, according to the group, which announced on Wednesday an exceptional dividend of 2.62 billion euros in total paid to its employees. shareholders in December 2022. An announcement which was obviously not enough to calm the discontent of the employees, who extended their strike on Thursday, which began on Tuesday at the call of the CGT to demand wage increases. The hydrocarbon giant will increase its investments in renewable energies by one billion euros, according to a press release published on Wednesday.

Negotiations are also underway within the BNP Paribas bank and the Caisse d’Epargne. The proposals from the management of the two groups range from 500 to 1,000 euros in bonuses. Negotiations are also currently taking place within the Alstom group.
