Mostly built in the 1970s and 1980s, a large number of buildings in the La Part-Dieu district of Lyon have become ill-suited to today’s uses and very energy-intensive. SPL Lyon Part-Dieu, developer of the district, has identified 36 assets deserving of being brought up to current standards.

Several operations are underway, such as the Audessa/Vertuo program, supported by Icade Promotion and Sogeprom, and the Primatvera operation by Sogelym Dixence. The first transforms the former headquarters of the Electricity Transport Network (RTE) to develop a little more than 13,100 square meters of tertiary space, around forty housing units and businesses. The second concerns a tertiary building of 6,800 square meters on eight levels, with three shops. These two operations, like others carried out in the Part-Dieu district, are placed under the sign of ecological transition and energy sobriety.
