A press briefing on the forthcoming participation of Chinese President Hu Jintao in the nuclear security summit in Seoul, the fourth BRICS summit and his visit to Cambodia was held today at the Chinese Foreign Ministry. Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu said that the fourth BRICS summit, which will be held in the Indian capital of New Delhi, will discuss two main topics: global governance and sustainable development.
