Salé – The national football team carried out its last training session on Saturday at the Mohammed VI complex in Maâmora (Salé) before flying to Cameroon on Sunday in preparation for the CAN-2021.

This final session, which began at 5:00 p.m. with the participation of the 20 players present, focused on individual and collective physical and technical exercises for 90 minutes, indicated the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) in a press release published Saturday on its website.

As for the other players, some are expected this evening in Rabat while others will join the national team directly in Yaoundé, the Cameroonian capital, the same source said.

During the final stages of this 33rd edition of the CAN, Morocco will play in group C alongside Ghana, Gabon and the Comoros.

The Atlas Lions will begin the tournament against the Black Stars of Ghana on January 10 in Yaoundé (6:00 p.m.).
