Maccabi Tel Aviv at the top, hot Netanya: concluding a round

by time news

After quite a few upheavals at the top and bottom, the second round of the Premier League closes last night (Monday), and just before the playoffs open this coming Saturday, it’s time to check out the changes in trends between the rounds.

* Although it seems thatMaccabi Haifa Weakened a little, the champion who finished the first round in second place after Hapoel Beer Sheva with 29 points (74% success), was more successful in the second round where she climbed to the top with 30 points (77%). In both rounds, Barak Bachar’s team scored the most (32 and 30) in both rounds and absorbed the least in the second (8).

* Despite the compliments to the Greens, the “champion” of the second round is Maccabi Tel Aviv Of Mladen Krestic with 32 points (82% success) and the second most attacking in the league after the Greens (28 goals). This is an improvement of 11 points more than the first round (54%). She scored more (28 vs. 21) and absorbed more (13 vs. 18).

* Hapoel Beer Sheva Who finished the first round at the top with 31 points (79% success), the second best attack in the league (21 right goals) and the best defense (8 mandatory goals), showed a completely different ability in the second round, where she also said goodbye to Roni Levy. Although it conceded 9 mandatory goals (second place after Maccabi Haifa), and scored three less (18), it scored only 24 points (61.5%), which puts it in fourth place in the second round.

* The big improvement between rounds is without a doubt Maccabi Netanya. The team that started the season under Raymond Atfeld scored just 13 points in the first round (33.3% success), finishing the first round in 10th place. Under Bnei Lem, she showed tremendous improvement and scored 27 points (69%). She scored more goals (15 vs. 19) and absorbed half the amount in the first round (18 vs. 9).

* And from improving to crashing: tax. Ashdod Presented the most difficult deterioration of the teams, and after the first round where she scored 17 points that gave her the eighth place, in the second she scored only 10, which ranks her 13th and before the last at the end of the second round. Although Ran Ben Shimon’s team scored two more goals in the second round (15 vs. 13), it absorbed almost double the amount (29 vs. 15).

* Hapoel Tel Aviv Who managed to secure the top playoff in the final round showed a slight improvement between the two rounds, even though she changed coach between them. Points (difference of 10% success) and goal ratio of 14:20.

* In total, six teams scored more points in the first round than in the second, six teams scored less, and two remained with the same rate of accumulation – Bnei Sakhnin (21) fHapoel Hadera (18).

* The team that has shown the weakest round in the entire regular season is Hapoel Nof HagalilWho finished the second round with only seven points (18% success) and a goal balance in which she absorbed almost three times (25: 9) in relation to the amount she scored, so the third Barda has quite a few reasons for concern.
