jpnn.comJAKARTA – Dangdut singer Machica Mochtar revealed the condition of her son, Muhammad Iqbal Ramadhan.
Iqbal was allegedly arrested after a demonstration rejecting the revision of the Regional Election Law in front of the DPR Building, Jakarta, Thursday (22/8).
Meanwhile, Machica Mochtar came to Polda Metro Jaya, South Jakarta, Friday (23/8) afternoon.
His arrival was to visit and pick up his beloved child who was there.
After meeting Iqbal, Machica Mochtar then revealed her son’s condition.
“His chest and face are all swollen. But he said he had been treated and cleaned because there was blood coming out, right, it had been cleaned. But he still felt pain in his face,” said Machica Mochtar at Polda Metro Jaya, South Jakarta, Friday (23/8).
He revealed that Iqbal was arrested not because he was an anarchist, but because he was trying to help his friend.
To his mother, Iqbal also admitted that he did not commit any anarchic acts during the demonstration.
