Un new name for Brussels. After the surprise resignation of European Commissioner Thierry Breton, Emmanuel Macron proposed to replace him with Stéphane Séjourné. “Doubt” governance
Thierry Breton knocked on the door of the European Commission on Monday by presenting his resignation “with immediate effect”, saying that Ursula von der Leyen rejected it.
