Macron speaks in The Hague and is interrupted by protesters

Time.news – French President Emmanuel Macron was interrupted by protesters as he was about to begin delivering his long-awaited speech on European sovereignty at the Dutch Nexus Institute in The Hague.

Le Monde reports it. People in the audience yelled something and then unfurled a banner but were promptly ushered out by the security service.
