The Hindi film ‘The Kashmir Piles’ directed by Vivek Agnihotri was released last Friday.

The film is said to be based on the expulsion of Hindu Pandits from Kashmir.

The film was directed by BJP. The ruling states of Haryana, Gujarat and Karnataka are tax-exempt.

The director of the film is from Madhya Pradesh. Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had announced that the film would be tax-exempt in the state as well.

In this situation, the Madhya Pradesh Police can take leave on the day they want to watch the film ‘The Kashmir Piles’, the state Home Minister Narottam Misra announced yesterday.

He told reporters that the police had instructed the DGP to give leave to the police who wanted to see the film.
