According to the Hollywood Reporter website the house is spread over about three acres and is equipped with nine luxurious bedrooms, including a barn with a newly built gym and a dance or Pilates studio. The property dotted with redwood features the main house and a two-bedroom guest house.
The estate is located in a fenced and sterile area. It comprises 12,500 square feet of living space with 11 bathrooms, a two-story wall of windows leading to the foyer, a home theater, a music lounge. Seven bedrooms are en suite, and the master bedroom offers two closets, a steam shower and a stone bath.

Madonna listed the property for brokerage with Trevor Wright of Beverly Hills Estates, who also represented the singer when she purchased the current property last April.
