Does Lourdes León want to follow in her famous mother’s footsteps after all? Not long ago she said in an interview that she wasn’t particularly interested in music.

New York.

Lourdes León, the eldest daughter of pop superstar Madonna, has released her first single. The song, titled “Lock & Key,” was released on Wednesday, and the 25-year-old chose the stage name Lolahol for it.

In the music video for the house song, the singer is traveling in her hometown of New York, among other places. Many scenes take place in Machpelah Cemetery in Queens. In the final scene of the video, she can be seen holding a giant heart-shaped lock on the beach.

Leon had told the magazine “Interview” in October that she had “no specific career goal”. She likes modeling and dancing, but is less interested in acting and singing. “Honestly, actors annoy me and I can’t be with them. As for music, I can sing. It just doesn’t interest me. Maybe that touches a sensitive nerve with me, too.” When it comes to her career, her mother always advised her to be careful about what you wanted to be known for.
