Maharashtra Government Declares Public Holiday for Ayodhya Ram Temple Inauguration

The Maharashtra government has declared a public holiday on January 22 on the occasion of the inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Temple.

In Ayodhya’s grand Ram Temple, the statue of Lord Rama will be consecrated at 12.30 pm on Monday. More than 8,000 special guests, including Prime Minister Modi, are expected to participate in this historic event.

Preparations for this are going on in full swing. In this case, various states are announcing holidays on the occasion of the inauguration of the Ram temple. In that way, the Maharashtra government has declared a public holiday on Monday, the day of Pratishtha.

It is noted that the Central Government had already announced a half-day holiday till 2.30 pm for all central government offices, institutions and factories across the country on that day.
