Mahindra Truck and Bus Unveils New Lineup at 2023 Excon
At the 2023 Excon, Mahindra Truck and Bus showcased its latest offerings in the construction vehicles segment. The highlight of the event was the unveiling of two trucks in its new Plazo X m-Duro tipper lineup, 28T GVW and 35T GVW.
The Plazo X m-Duro trucks are equipped with a 7.2 liter Fuel Smart diesel engine that produces a maximum torque of 1050 Nm and delivers 276 hp of power. The lineup includes the Blazo X m-DURA 35 Tipper, Blazo X 28 Mixer, Furio 10 Bowser 6KL, and Loduking Optima Tipper.
In addition to the new trucks, Mahindra also updated its CEV5 range of Roadmaster G100 and Earthmaster SX backhoe loaders. The Roadmaster G100 motor grader for road construction offers 102 HP of power, while the Earthmaster SX backhoe loader has been upgraded to 74 HP of power. Additionally, the company showcased a Liftmaster compact crane capable of loading and hauling heavy loads.
Aside from its product launches, Mahindra has demonstrated its commitment to customer welfare through programs such as the Mahindra Sarathi Abhiyan, which provides scholarships to truck drivers’ daughters. The company also offers comprehensive support across major trucking routes in India, including an expanded service network of over 400 and 80 3S dealerships.
