Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a meeting with government members. They will discuss measures to minimize the consequences of sanctions for the Russian economy. On counter-sanction measures of the government Sanction restrictions come into force: the Visa payment system stops accepting authorization requests from Russian banks; payments with Russian cards in the App Store will no longer be processed; Binance cryptocurrency exchange prohibits cryptocurrency transactions, as well as direct deposits and withdrawals of the ruble using MasterCard and Visa cards issued by in Russia. A plenary meeting of the State Duma will take place. On the agenda are bills aimed at supporting the economy and citizens. The EU summit will begin in Versailles (France). It will discuss the situation in Ukraine. The Samara Regional Court will consider an appeal against the arrest of Denis Zubov, the son of Russian Deputy Interior Minister Igor Zubov.
