Turkey’s major technology company Bilge Adam, with more than 27 years of experience in the fields of software development, system integration, technology services, is starting operations in Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan reported this to Day.Az on Thursday.
“Representatives of the company, as part of a visit to Azerbaijan on the initiative of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Development last year, among 19 leading Turkish companies, got acquainted with the local business environment and assessed the formats of cooperation. As a result of this, Bilge Adam will open its subsidiary here, having initially started operations in within the framework of cooperation with the “Technest” scholarship program implemented by the Agency for Innovation and Digital Development. Thus, the company will participate in projects aimed at developing human capital in the ICT sector, with its technological solutions and strong academic staff. It is expected that in the coming period the company “will expand its activities and services in Azerbaijan. Let us recall that on February 22, a meeting was held between representatives of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Development and the Bilge Adam company. During the discussions, potential steps and goals that will be taken within the framework of cooperation were identified,” they said at the ministry.
It should be noted that the Bilge Adam company, within the framework of cooperation with Technest, plans to begin official activities in Azerbaijan in April.
