Former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak’s wife, Rosmah Mansour, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison by a Malaysian court in a corruption case.
When Najib Razak was the Prime Minister of Malaysia from 2009 to 2018, Rosmar was being investigated in the Kuala Lumpur High Court for illegal transactions of a total of 4.2 million dollars (about Rs. The court upheld the charges on Thursday and sentenced Rosma to 10 years in prison.
Najeeb Razak has already been sentenced to 12 years in prison in the 1MDB corruption case and has been imprisoned.
