KUALA LUMPUR: Just two days before the country’s Independence Day celebrations, the Malaysian Army captured Puliwal by conducting a trial run with a tank. The army tank broke down while approaching a busy highway. With this, the city witnessed a huge traffic jam. The Malaysian military later apologized for such an incident on a busy highway near Parliament. The breakdown was a PT 91M Pendekar tank which was involved in the Independence Day rehearsals.

But a similar incident happened again and another army vehicle stopped on the busy road. The fresh incident occurred when a team of mechanics arrived at the site for repairs. With this, memes started appearing on social media mocking the army. 31st August is celebrated as Malaysia National Day. The army is lining up in the parade with tanks and armored vehicles to complete the event.
