A malfunction at Bank Hapoalim. Bank Hapoalim mortgage customers whose monthly billing was for the 10th per month, were charged the wrong amounts. The bank’s data shows that in most cases the customers were charged lower amounts than they should have been.

Bank Hapoalim is aware of the problem and is working to fix it.

Bank Hapoalim stated in response: following a technical fault, some of the bank’s customers taking out mortgages whose billing date is the 10th of the month, were not billed as required. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to settle the charge as soon as possible.
