B Unnikrishnan’s B Unnikrishnan film is one of Mammootty’s upcoming films that has already gained the attention of the audience. The pooja ceremony of the thriller film was held on July 10 in Ernakulam. The shooting which started there was later shifted to Pooyamkutty as well. Now the makers have shared a location video from the sets of the film. Mammootty can be seen in the character’s getup in the video. Vandiperiyar is also the location of the film.
This is B Unnikrishnan’s second film with Mammootty as the lead. Pramani, which came out in 2010, was the first film of the duo together. This is a film directed by B Unnikrishnan after Mohanlal’s Aarat. Mammootty will play the role of a police officer. The yet-to-be-titled film is scripted by Udayakrishna. After Aarat, this is also a film directed by B Unnikrishnan with a screenplay by Udayakrishna. Sneha, Amala Paul and Aishwarya Lakshmi are three heroines in the film. The famous South Indian actor Vinay Rai will play the villain. This is also the first Malayalam movie starring Vinay Rai. Also Shine Tom Chacko, Dileesh Pothan, Siddique, Jinu Abraham and many other stars are lined up in this film.
Cinematography is handled by Faiz Siddique, who handled the camera for Operation Jawa. Music by Justin Varghese, editing by Manoj, art direction by Shaji Nduvil, costume design by Praveen Varma, makeup by Jitesh Poiya, production by Aroma Mohan, produced by RD Illuminations in Kochi, Pooyamkutty, Vandiperiyar.
