Mammootty said that Maharajas is the place where Muhammad Kutty, who is not a film actor, got to know all the stories and characters and dreamed them up. In the video, Mammootty is seen looking at his picture in an old magazine from the college library.

‘I never thought I would come here for a movie shoot. It also happened years later. Maharaja’s College Library. A place where Muhammad Kutty, who is not a film actor, got to know all the stories and characters and dreamed them up. Out of curiosity looked through old college magazines.
They took that black and white to the memories with color. Perhaps this was the first time my picture was printed in my college magazine. Times change and the spirit of college does not. Mammootty says the distance from the picture in the book to the picture on the mobile phone.
