Tijuana, Baja California.- The Public Ministry of the Tijuana Regional Prosecutor’s Office before a Control Judge linked to the process Carlos “N” and Reyna Viridiana “N”for him crime of theft of a motor vehicle in its mode of use.
The event in which they are involved occurred on April 2, 2023, at 03:28 a.m., the defendants were using the brand motor vehicle Honda Civic with plates of California circulation 6VEG416 and last five digits of serial 07777this on Vía Acueducto street in the Lomas de Matamoros neighborhood of this city, knowing that the car was stolen.
The car in question had a theft report dated March 31, 2023, under the Single Case Number: 0202-2023-11480.
Due to the aforementioned, on April 4, 2023, an initial hearing was held, when they were detained in flagrante delicto, in which the detention of Carlos “N” and Reyna Viridiana “N” was verified as legal, for which reason it was formulated accusation for the crime in question, the Control Judge issuing an order linking the process against both, imposing the precautionary measure of justified preventive detention.
