Man arrested for entering Swiss parliament with explosives

Members were evacuated after a bomb-laden assailant entered the Swiss parliament complex. The mysterious person got out of the car wearing a bullet proof suit and entered the Parliament. Security forces stopped him at the southern entrance and arrested him for having guns and explosives.

Following this, security forces were deployed in the Parliament area. People in Parliament and nearby buildings were immediately evacuated.

Fire and bomb disposal experts were called in. Drones and a sniffer dog were used to specifically inspect the car. During this test, it was confirmed that there were no explosives in the car. The incident caused a stir in the area.
