A man in his 20s was shot to death in the mall in Sätra center on Monday evening.

Four people have now been arrested and detained after a police operation last night.

The alarm came in at 7:12 p.m. after security guards raised the alarm about a shooting inside the mall.

A man in his 20s was found with a gunshot wound at the scene. He was taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter.

At 10 p.m., the police announced that the man had died of his injuries. Next of kin have been notified.

Arrested after police action

The police are investigating the incident as a murder.

Four people were arrested during the night and are now in custody.

– There was an extensive police operation that took place during the night. In that effort, four men of different ages were arrested and they are now under arrest, says Per Fahlström, press spokesperson for the police in the Stockholm region on Tuesday morning.
