In a shocking case that rocked the city of Malmö, it has been revealed that a 21-year-old man named Hassanain Sadoun was involved in selling shooting services on the popular messaging app Signal. The disturbing revelation came to light during the investigation into the shootings that took place in Farsta earlier this year.

Under the guise of a section named “Malmö buy and sell,” Sadoun offered his services to shoot people for payment, claiming to be able to “wake up” anyone, anywhere. However, he specifically stated that women were off-limits, adding, “otherwise, there are no borders.”

The investigation took a significant turn when Sadoun was arrested on March 2 after multiple gunshots were fired at an apartment door in Farsta. He was found in possession of a firearm and residue of gunpowder on his fingers.

The Södertörn district court sentenced Sadoun, a resident of Osby in Skåne, to 8 years and 8 months in prison for attempted murder. Though he admitted to shooting at the apartment door, Sadoun denied having any intention to commit murder or serious assault.

Tragically, the door he shot at belonged to an innocent family with children, who were not the intended targets of the shooting. By sheer luck, no one was injured, possibly due to the security door installed in the apartment.

Sadoun’s criminal history also includes a conviction for a brutal robbery committed when he was just 16 years old. In that incident, he and a younger friend targeted two 14-year-old boys at the Emporia shopping center in Malmö. The victims were subjected to violence, humiliation, and gruesome acts, which were even filmed during the robbery.

Prior to the shooting incident in Farsta, conversations took place on the Signal app, indicating the planning of the unlawful act. However, something went awry, leading Sadoun to shoot at the wrong apartment door. He fled the scene on a rental bike but was apprehended by the police shortly thereafter.

Another individual, Haben Negassi, 29, was also charged and subsequently sentenced to six years in prison for aiding and abetting attempted murder in the same case. Negassi, identified as an active member of the criminal network “Farsta ældre,” is currently appealing the verdict.

The Farsta gang has had an ongoing conflict with the criminal network in Dalen, led by Mikael Tenezoz, also known as “The Greek.” These gang rivalries have been at the center of recent waves of violence in Stockholm.

Both Sadoun and Negassi have appealed their sentences, with Negassi’s lawyer claiming that his client was not present at the crime scene and had merely urged others to calm down in the chat conversations.

As these shocking revelations come to light, it raises concerns about the misuse of technology and the disturbing lengths some individuals are willing to go to cause harm or foster criminal activities. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers lurking in the underbelly of digital platforms and the importance of law enforcement’s vigilance in tackling such crimes.
