This is Jeffrey Piccolo, who filed a lawsuit against Disney due to the death of his wife, Kanokporn Tangsuan, a 42-year-old doctor, in a restaurant at Disney Springs, Florida.

According to the widower, the couple told allergy care staff that he would not allow her to eat nuts or dairy products.

Jeffrey Piccolo then sued Disney for approximately $50,000. In addition, he asked for compensation for psychological damage, loss of income and funeral expenses generated by the tragedy of which he is now a victim.

The lawsuit was accepted by the court; however, Disney’s legal team presented copies of the terms and conditions that Piccolo agreed to in 2019 when he signed up for a free one-month trial of the Disney Plus streaming service.

As part of this, Jeffrey agreed that all disputes with Disney or any of its subsidiaries “will be resolved out of court and by arbitration of Disney’s choosing.”

Piccolo’s lawyer, Brian Deney, then expressed his anger at the entertainment company’s argument, calling it “absurd” and “shockingly unreasonable and unfair, shocking to the conscience of the court.”
