The driver of the car, obtained a license in March and is responding for the crime in freedom. A new hearing is scheduled for Oct.

The driver who ran over and killed Yago Rafhael da Silva Alves, a Corinthians player who was only 16 years old, was on drugs. According to the Legal Medical Institute (IML), he had consumed cocaine. In addition to Yago, three other women also died in the accident.

The accident happened on February 12 and, according to images, Fabio Sousa da Silva, the driver, lost control of the steering and overturned the vehicle. He was denounced by the Public Ministry for the murder of four people.

The driver of the car got a license in March and is free to answer for the crime, but he is not allowed to drive or leave the country. He will go through a new hearing in October.

According to one of the survivors of the accident, the driver was ‘making fun’ in the direction before overturning the vehicle. They were leaving an event at the time of the incident. Fabio’s defense alleges that a hole in the asphalt was the cause.

Yago was in the 2nd year of high school and had won a scholarship from Corinthians. He left home at 4:30 am to go to school, went to training and only returned at 10:00 pm, and had the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo as his idol.

That night, he had gone out with friends for pizza and even warned his mother that he wouldn’t be long, asking her to leave the door open, but he didn’t come back. Hours later, when she was already sleeping, she was informed about the serious accident that happened near her house.
