Management advice from skipper Éric Bellion: “The key is to learn to do nothing”

On October 29, Éric Bellion will set off on his new boat, “Stand as One”, supported by Altavia (marketing solutions), with his teammate Martin Le Pape in the Transat Jacques Vabre, from Le Havre to Fort-de-France ( Martinique). In the midst of preparations, the 47-year-old sailor and entrepreneur explained to us from his home, in La Forêt-Fouesnant (Finistère), how his adventures at sea allow him to talk about management differently, without theory or PowerPoint.
