Manchester United are close to signing one of Paris Saint-Germain’s stars during the current summer transfer window.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano said that United have reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain player Manuel Ugarte on all contract terms.
He explained that the 23-year-old is very keen to move to the English club this summer, despite the team not participating in the Champions League.
He also pointed out that Manchester United entered into intensive talks with Paris Saint-Germain in order to reach an agreement between them on the value of the deal.
In the past few hours, United have signed young defender Lenny Yoro, who is represented by Portuguese Jorge Mendes, who is also Ugarte’s agent.
The Uruguayan midfielder joined Saint-Germain last year from Sporting Lisbon for 60 million euros, appearing in 37 matches with the team.
