The date of entry into force must be fixed by decree.

Parliament definitively adopted on Thursday the obligation for social networks to verify the age of their users and to obtain the consent of parents when they are under 15, by a final vote of the Senate. After a final unanimous vote on Wednesday in the National Assembly, the senators also unanimously adopted the bill on Thursday, the date of entry into force of which will have to be fixed by decree.
