Kochi: The crucial audio recording submitted in the crime branch court in connection with the case of attacking the actress has been released. The conversation between Dileep’s lawyer and Dileep’s brother Anoop has come out. The audio recording shows Anoop’s lawyer how to testify in court.

Dileep’s lawyer Dileep’s brother asks Anoop to testify in court that Manju Warrier used to get drunk. When Anoop says that he has not seen Manju getting drunk, the lawyer says that he should not say that Manju Warrier is getting drunk at home. Dileep’s lawyer told Anoop that he had to tell the court during the trial that he had not been drinking for more than ten years.

The prosecution produced a two-hour audio recording in the High Court. When Dileep’s first lawyer Manju Warrier’s lawyer asks him if he’s drunk, Anoop says, ‘I really do not know, I have not seen him’, but at the same time, he says, ‘Should I say yes?’ The lawyer asked Dileep to give a statement that he had been drinking in the days before he left home. The lawyer teaches that even if you have never seen alcohol at home, it is enough to say that you often get drunk at home.

The lawyer told Anoop that Manju had told Chetna (Dileep) that he was drunk and that he did not know if Chetna had asked about it, but that he had not seen the two arguing over the matter. Dileep had given a lot of support to Manju in his life. The lawyer also told Anoop that Manju’s insistence was the reason for the divorce.

In another audio recording, the lawyer also teaches Anoop the reasons why he said that Dileep was admitted to the hospital at the time of the attack. The lawyer teaches that you have to say that you are admitted to the hospital for a chest infection. According to the prosecution, Dileep was not in the hospital at the time. According to Hyderabadi, a doctor and nurse at Anawar Hospital near Dileep’s house at Paravur junction, Leap was not admitted to the hospital at the time. However, the prosecution alleges that the doctor changed his statement in favor of the respondent during the trial. In another audio recording, Anoop says that he has nothing to fear from the doctor.

The audio recording was submitted to the court by the prosecution to substantiate the investigation team’s claim that the respondent had intervened to influence the witnesses in the case.
