Genghis Khan, history’s bloodiest warlord, sweeps across Mongolia to China and creates a mighty empire. He leaves behind forty million dead. However, an even greater killer threatens humanity – the bubonic plague. The plague wreaked havoc on the Mongolian trade routes in Asia and Europe. The breath of death moved from city to city and an eerie silence settled over the otherwise so busy metropolises of densely populated Europe.
