The property once served as the London residence of Frederick Hervey, the 3rd Marquess of Bristol, and renowned art dealer Henry Joseph Duveen, co-owner of Duveen Brothers Art Dealership. The names of the current owners were not revealed.

According to the advertisement, the mansion has been completely modernized. It also has five bathrooms, four reception rooms, office, library, passenger lift from pool level to third floor, balconies, garden terrace and planning approval for a new roof garden.
