In ‍the indictment, ⁤the prosecutors emphasize how the woman caused⁤ Bortuzzo “a state of anxiety⁣ and fear and a‍ well-founded fear about ‍his⁤ safety, forcing ⁣him to‍ change his lifestyle” and‍ “not ‍feeling free ‍to move peacefully‍ and⁣ start a new relationship.”
