It was a 1950s Paris car dealership that had been abandoned for years. From this former garage, the property company has kept the concrete structure, now clad in glass, and the access ramp for cars, which preserves the spirit of the place.
This reconversion shows a kind of ideal of urban recycling, with a maximum of reuse and a minimum of new materials. To go further, the government launched, on January 1, 2023, an extended producer responsibility (EPR) channel in this building sector. Behind this somewhat barbaric name hides a complete system that encourages players to increase recycling.
