The chairman of Ihud Breslav, Rabbi Natan Ben Nun, who is staying in Uman these days, has recently had a routine of meetings with representatives of the local government and the military to coordinate and prepare for the arrival of the Breslav Hasidim for Rosh Chodesh Nissan and to ensure the safety of all those staying in Uman.

Under the existing circumstances, arriving in Oman involves long and tedious journeys through countries that share a common border with Ukraine.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the war it is not possible to reach Ukraine by direct flight, and it is necessary to reach Ukraine through land border crossings such as Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova and Poland and from there continue to Uman by taxi, organized shuttles or public transportation.
In preparation for the arrival of the hasidim, the Breslav Bauman Union published a memorandum of the emergency instructions for travelers to Uman during the war, which is still in effect due to the continuation of the war in Ukraine, not to photograph soldiers, not to argue about borders, but to obey the soldiers who are under great pressure and stress because of the war.
