We all know that sport is important and healthy. And yet it is difficult for most people. Therapist Caro Müller-Korn explains which simple exercises can be used to reactivate the muscles – and why you sometimes just have to switch off your weaker self.

Ms. Müller-Korn, let’s talk about exercise. You are a therapist and a trainer. Do the majority of your patients come to you because they have done too much sport or not enough?

Almost all because they didn’t do anything. They take the elevator to the car in the underground car park, take the elevator up to the office, sit for eight hours, and then they do it again in the evening. Only vice versa.

It is said that a German runs an average of 900 meters a day.

I think that’s overkill. I can imagine that’s a lot less.
