Around 680,000 French people are eligible for this grant which can be paid in a few days.
In a few days, many French people may have the pleasant surprise of seeing a gift arrive in their bank account, a little extra welcome at the beginning of summer. Enough to fill a small budget in anticipation of the financial heat. But the payment, which may arrive in the coming days, will not be automatic. You have to think about finding this money to benefit from it. The process is very simple and it is good to take the time to do it.
Around 680,000 French people are entitled to receive this grant, from 40 to 250 euros. To do this, all you need is one thing: get your baccalaureate! Regardless of whether the difference is good, good or very good, or maybe not at all, there are many financial reward programs after receiving your diploma at the end of high school. In general, it is the banks that offer many offers. Even if you don’t have your usual bank, you can definitely go and ask for the most attractive offer.
At Banque Populaire (€50), you just need to show your diploma. The money will then be paid, regardless of whether it has been mentioned or not. If you are already a customer of the bank, this will be done automatically. Otherwise, you will need to open an account with the company of your choice. Don’t worry, this won’t mean you have to transfer all your money from one bank to another. Opening a current account, even if you don’t plan to do business with it, is enough.
The conditions are the same at Société Générale, but the group for its part offers to pay up to 240 euros. For its part, the CIC offers bonuses according to the mention received: 40 euros for a fair mention that well, 80 euros for a good mention and 160 euros for a very good mention.
While the results of the baccalaureate are now known, you should not delay in contacting the banks to benefit from these amounts. The deadline to benefit from this program is August 5 for Banque Populaire, September 30 for CIC and October 31 for Société Générale.
To date, these are the only banks that offer these bonuses: BNP no longer does, nor Fortuneo or Boursorama. Postal Bank does not do this. As for the Caisse d’Epargne, bonuses can be offered, but this is decided only at the local level. So you must contact your company to find out if the system is in place or not.
