Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan has openly said that her status as wife has affected her professional life badly. Gauri opened her heart in the seventh season of Koffee with Karan. The show featuring Gauri, Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey will be streamed tomorrow on Disney Hotstar. All three reveal their married life and other things through the program.
Gauri is an interior designer. Gauri said that because she is Shahrukh’s wife, she often does not get the job she deserves. Many people believe that if you call Gauri, you will get good attention and therefore there will be more job opportunities. Whenever a new project comes up, some approach me as a designer. But there are some people who don’t like working with Shahrukh’s wife at other times. She shared on the show that half of the projects she gets are like this.
Earlier Maheep had talked about the problems he faced in terms of work, money and fame. “There was a time when Sanjay sat at home without a job for years. Money was very tight. My children grew up in a glamorous world. “When I saw some people, I felt that we are the failed members of the Kapoor family,” she said.
Karan has hosted more than 25 people on his show.
