jpnn.com – BLITAR – The results of the Blitar Regency Bawaslu supervision found many problems that occurred when the KPU conducted matching and research (coklit) of voter data for the 2024 Pilkada.

According to Blitar Regency Bawaslu member Jaka Wandira, manual coklit in 22 sub-districts throughout Blitar Regency is currently 100 percent, but e-coklit is still in process.

From the results of supervision of all ranks of the Blitar Regency Bawaslu, there were various problems spread across Blitar Regency related to coklit.

“We found in Kesamben District, there was a problem with the coklit with a similar case in Kademangan. In this case, the pantarlih (voter data updating officer) did not conduct the coklit directly according to procedure,” said Jaka in Blitar, Wednesday (17/7).

He said that during the random inspection supervision in RT 001 RW 003 Dusun Brongkos, Siraman Village, the Kesamben Panwaslu together with the Siraman Village Supervisor (PKD) asked several things related to the verification to one of the residents.

“From there, the homeowner said that after returning home from work, his house had been affixed with stickers and the coklit form was placed under the front door, and both had not been signed. From the confession of the homeowner, he had never been visited by PPDP/pantarlih,” said Jaka.

He said the spot check was carried out on Friday, July 12, 2024, and finished at 14:30 WIB. From the findings, he also immediately asked for improvements to be made.

Jaka, who serves as the Coordinator of the Prevention, Community Participation, and Public Relations Division of the Blitar Regency Bawaslu, added that the results of the random check supervision in Panggungrejo District also found problematic coklit, namely related to duplicate data.
