Hyderabad: BJP confirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will campaign in the state for three days each and BJP president J.P. Nadda on different dates. Interestingly, as per the schedule released by BJP state secretary Gujjula Premender Reddy, Modi, Shah Nadda are scheduled to be in the state on November 25.

Modi will attend six meetings on November 25, 26 and 27; Shah will visit the state on November 24, 25 and 28 and Nadda on November 23, 25, 26 and 27 and hold ten meetings.

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will campaign on November 24, 25 and 26, Rajnath Singh on November 24 and 26, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma for five days between November 22 and 27. Union Minister Smriti Irani will also attend some public meetings.”

On Tuesday, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will campaign in Telangana.

Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan will campaign in support of BJP candidates in Warangal on November 22 and join Amit Shah at a public meeting on November 26.

Elsewhere, BJP MP and OBC Morcha president Dr. K. Laxman said that while the BJP’s manifesto was directed at creating job opportunities, other parties intended to keep people dependent on freebies.

Speaking to the media, he said, “The Congress party has failed to keep its promises in Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka. BJP’s slogan of Sabke Saath Sabka Vikas is to provide good governance.”
